Dismissal Policy

Dismissal for our K4-6th grade is at 2:30.

• Do NOT come before 2:00 to line up, use only the right lane to start lining up and fill it before starting the left lane line.

• 1st-6th grade Students will be dismissed from their classrooms.

• K4 & K5 will dismiss from the foyer.

• Students not picked up by 2:55 will be sent to aftercare.

 

Do NOT move up in line if you cannot get all the way into the CCA parking lot.

PER Clinton Police, DO NOT BLOCK NORTHSIDE DRIVE.

If you block the drive, you will be made to get out of line and start over.

Police also will give tickets if you are seen.

 

Elementary students will have a car rider number to be hung from your review mirror for dismissal. You will be issued 2 numbers, if more are needed, just let you teacher know or call the office.

 

You may NOT park in the gym parking lot and walk down to get your student. You must come through the line. If you need to check out your student, you will need to come to the office by 2:00 to do that.

 

Dismissal for our 7th-12th graders is at 3:00.

• If they do not drive to school, please pick them up in the parking lot in front of school.

• They will be dismissed from the sidewalk by the stairs.

• If they drive, they will park in the gym parking lot and be dismissed to the gym parking lot.

• DO NOT get in line to pick them up until 2:50, You will be asked to park and pull back around until elementary dismissal is completed.

If you have more than one child in different dismissals, they may wait on the second child’s dismissal.

Please just send the teacher a note or email letting them know.

 

It is very important you follow the rules in order for this to run smoothly. We know the first week will be crazy, but after that, it will be better.
